The magic began when Champion Equestrian Rider & proprietor of Ding Dang Doo Enterprises, Carla Cox approached fashion designer Diane Lewis of up and coming Boho-luxe Bridal Gown Label Matheson and Me to showcase her recently refurbished Country cottage & historical shed.
The first phase of our shoot centres around an English Garden theme, featuring the many available ceremony spaces, The Cherry Blosom Walk, The Private Garden & Arbour and the stunning Garden Swing. The feel is youthful, soft and romantic - a perfect place to incorporate photographers with the
resident pets.
The most stunning part of the property for a more in-house feel was the Barn. This working Barn transforms into a stunning banquet area with its natural sky lights open by day and festoon & candle light by night.The natural wooden doors transform into features with stunning wreaths and autumn tones. The king table decorated with eucalyptus runners and seasonal blooms is accompanied by stunning brass cutlery with crisp linen napkins are classically styled with a rustic overtone.
The gorgeous hand tempered chocolate cake by local cakier and chocolatiers - Keep it Short and Sweet supplied all three cakes and were decorated by our florist extraordinaire Biophillia Blooms. The stunning grazing platters were created by Into the Woods Picnics, who also supplied all the linen, crockery and cutlery. Our stationery and signage was created by Little Green Leaf.
Phase three of our shoot saw the team continue to raise the bar to inspire the lovers of a total bohemian styled Wedding setting. A private picnic on the island on the lake, delicious grazing tables, a romantic row boat ride, And finishing with an open air evening diningexperience under a naked tipi on to glamping......
