"Inspired by the fairy-tale charm of this historic location, Schloss Leitheim near Donauwörth, we were impressed by The Castle's architecture, providing the perfect backdrop for the theme "A Modern Fairytale." The unique atmosphere of the castle, combined with its elegant yet timeless beauty, gave the styled wedding inspiration shoot a romantic, almost fairy-tale-like aura.

The castle is perched on a hill, offering panoramic views of the lush greenery, rolling hills, and nearby villages. The setting is serene and tranquil, with the castle’s majestic architecture creating an atmosphere of romance and grandeur. With its ancient stone walls, large windows, and historical details, the castle exudes timeless beauty.

"Highlights of this shoot were definitely the ceremony and the wedding cake. For the ceremony, we established a modern yet classic set-up on a terrace overlooking the river Donau. The impressive wedding gown was a perfect fit for this atmosphere.

The wedding cake is just WOW! Seven layers in different shapes and each decorated in a royal style created by Sweet Diana.

"We weren’t sure if the weather would hold until we finished all outdoor shots. But we pushed through, knowing we were lucky our venue offered both indoor and outdoor options but we stayed outside as long as possible. When we went inside the castle, it started raining - perfect timing! Combining a modern five star hotel with a traditional castle, Schloss Leitheim really is the perfect wedding location - and the impressive ballroom!"

"The whole team was amazing, we had such a great time which I think is reflected in the pictures. Cutting the glorious cale and trying the little sweets on the dessert table were certainly some of our favourite moments from our shoot day. Also the first look between our Bride and Groom muse was a moment to remember!
