What are some of the highlights you had during the shoot process:
We had to time it just right as these caves are covered with water and unaccessible at high tide. We felt so lucky, like it was our little piece of paradise.
What was your favourite detail about the shoot day?
The way all the vendors were so passionate and trusting in everyone's talent. I also love the way the light interacted with the cave walls, bouncing highlights and lowlights everywhere to create a beautiful layered story.

When the arbour was in place, florals were arranged and the candles were lit - it came to life.

Did you face any challenges on the day? If so, how did you overcome them?
The long distance to reach the caves. All hands on deck meant that the team were able to fully style this shoot complete with florals, candles, an arbour and our gorgeous gowns.
What led you to decide on this venue/shoot location?
We often see many elopements in the area at clifftops and beaches, we thought it would be cool to explore an alternative adventurous location that had ambient moody light even during the middle of the day when the sun is very strong and harsh. It would be the most intimate little ceremony and definItely had a unique vibe. Beautiful soft photography all day long.
