Showcasing Newcastle wedding vendors that go above and beyond to create such a strong and tight knit community - We work together, alongside each other, for each other + build each other up like a tower of people each using their strengths to lift the next up! This styled modern boho wedding inspiration really puts emphasis on the sense of community on the wedding vendor side! "We wanted to show this side of our community through our art in this shoot!" Demi of Wild Flower Photography explains.
Hightlights:
Vendors who didn’t need to be onsite that day showed up anyway just to be there in support and to help out where they could! The stationery company arrived at 11am even though we started shooting at 2:30pm! Just to be a part of the day and to support us all! The venue offered us unlimited access to their site using what ever we liked! People stayed back to help pack down and we all worked together as one big happy family and had a ball!

What led you to decide on this venue/shoot location?
This venue had it all! A place to stay, catering for ceremony and reception, an amazing view, food, wine and amazing people to work with! It’s modern, elegant and can be utilised in so many different ways! It was also local to the Hunter Valley and we wanted to promote this venue as many brides travel so far and wide for the perfect venue when one is right in their backyard!

Confetti Party Hire’s Balloon Garland that wrapped around the caravan bar!! What a piece!

Favourite moment:
When all our vendors turned up and greeted us with a big smile from ear to ear! Even though we hadn’t all met, we all clicked like peanut butter + jelly and we felt as though we had known each other for years!! We all built strong relationships that day that will last forever!! We will continue to support each other in this community and grow!!
