Ricky & Ashleigh's beautiful daughter and 55 of their closest friends and family were there to celebrate with them on their magical Wedding day at the charming Moore & Moore Cafe.
Spotting each other on Facebook, Ricky & Ash got together 5 years before Ricky proposed on Christmas day 2016. "Ricky gave out all these boxes to me and his sisters on christmas day. I thought they all contained soap as Ricky is a bit of a joker, but mine had a ring in which I actually dropped into his sisters lap! We were both shocked." Ash tells.
"We found Moore & moore Cafe when we went there for breakfast one morning. We were pregnant with our daughter and fell inlove with the place. Looking for a Wedding venue, the cafe popped up on my instagram and I knew I had to get married there.
I knew I wanted dark reds and gold as part of our Wedding theme before I was even engaged! I pictured the decor to be very moody with lots of candles, flowers and fairy lights.
Marriage to us is all about trust, supporting each other, working together, having fun, laughing, making jokes and always saying "I love you."
A classic story from our ceremony was swatting a giant bug away from Ricky while we were saying our vows - it looked quite funny to the crowd as nobody else knew what I was doing! Our favourite moment was when about seven of our guests were left dancing the night away with us - we ended up doing karaoke and all laughing the night away... it was a massive highlight of ours.
We both love tattoos, so we decided to get stick on tattoos made of our faces and have them around the place for people to use - our favours made us laugh!
