"Shooting on the Noosa North Shore is always amazing. You have to travel via a car ferry to get there, making you feel like you are on a secluded island but so close to home. This shoot was inspired by one of Van Morrison’s timeless classics “Spanish Rose” and the tranquility of Noosa North Shore along with wanting the inclusion of the beautiful “Lollie” from your main event, Noosa North Shore was the perfect location for us as it is the only beach in Noosa allocated to horse riding." Lindy Photography did you face any challenges on the day? If so, how did you overcome them? Most photo shoots come with their own challenges. They are generally shot before the next season arrives such as shooting a spring theme when it’s still winter. Sometimes flower types have to be substituted (subject to availability of seasonal blooms). Other factors can be the sun setting early and it getting darker quicker and the tides rising faster than anticipated and having to move locations. Everything is easily overcome with a glass of champagne, (love this!) and working with awesome suppliers and just having fun no matter what happens.
what was your favourite detail about the shoot day? I loved the stunning gown with flowing sleeves by Judy Copley, the richness of reds, crimson pink and green botanical selection by Naturelle complementing the blues of the sky and ocean and the gorgeous updo and makeup by Silk Hair and Makeup.
favourite moment/s from the day: Watching Lollie rearing on command! Also spending the afternoon with this awesome team doing something just for fun.
