“The Kingsman” has partnered with Luxury Wedding Collection Perth as one of its featured luxury Pop-Up venues. LWC Perth are excited to showcase their latest featured venue to their potential couples and were asked to be part of their inaugural launch concept. Years in the making, “The Kingsman” is a modern luxurious marquee space designed for weddings and events.

'The Kingsman' is a portable venue, activated at selected locations, one being on the shores of the Swan River from mid-September to mid-December annually and is also planned to be erected in other carefully considered Perth metro locations throughout the year. “The Kingsman” marquee includes all the necessary site infrastructure: Food and Beverage catering, festoon lighting, his & her bathrooms.

Booking The Kingsman at a secured site location gives you a full venue experience without the extra costs. All site activations venue hire cost will include all the furniture, glassware, cutlery, napkins, tables, chairs and everything you need from a venue to hold you event, including site infrastructure.

Luxury Wedding Collection Perth alongside a carefully chosen team of talented creatives were asked to design a space to compliment the colour palette of the flooring, structure and surrounds. We wanted to create a seamless LUXE vibe to capture the eye of its intended audience.

The team of creatives chosen under the leadership of the Director/Founder of Luxury Wedding Collection Perth, Atalie Park; the day flowed without any challenges due to pristine planning, detailed Event Production Schedule and seamless communication. Towards the end of the shoot, the day rolled into “The Kingsman” exclusive invite only event; where guests were in awe by the look in real life and could get a real understanding of what the space could feel & look like.

THE KINGSMAN is a custom engineered black frame marquee, designed to go anywhere and take in the views with its commanding 6m high open verandah side – A venue that can be installed virtually anywhere. Its design gives Event Republic the advantage of being able to set up at your desired location or you can book any available dates at pop-up locations (site activations) across Perth.

As this venue took 4 days to erect, only a few days before the shoot, LWC Perth created the vision based off architectural design drawings and models of the building during this time. The team had no chance to visit the space beforehand. Seeing the vision seamlessly come to life from drawings on paper only was the favourite part of the entire concept. Although its sounds cliché, imagine designing a styling vision without ever seeing the physical space until THE actual day.

It was truly magical to watch the expression on the faces of the Owners/Directors of the venue and its invited guests light up when they saw their vision they had dreamt of for many years become reality.

Celebrate your nuptials within the newly resurrected one-of-a-kind all black frame, semi block-out roof to capture the night sky and add a touch of elegance, solid black rear walls and clear open front matched with glass entrance doors to the gable end and elegant wooden flooring. Overlooking the Swan River, with festoon lighting and a perfectly manicured garden space to enjoy pre-drinks with fencing and security to ensure your event is exclusive to only your guests.
