Kerri is famous for crafting unforgettable as your dedicated wedding designer, florist, and stylist, creating romantic, luxurious weddings with meticulous care and detail for couples in love. This dreamy bridal shoot set in a lush green garden, where delicate pale pink roses bloom in abundance.

The bride, adorned in a flowing gown from Dion for Brides that cascades like a gentle waterfall, twirls among the blossoms, her dress catching the light. As the colours and textures blend harmoniously, creating an enchanting tableau of love and whimsy, perfectly fitting for a wedding ceremony and reception celebration.

"The inspiration for this shoot came from a love of both of the main aspects of the theme which was an abundance of pearls and bows - all things romance! When I first started my foray into the world of weddings, I subscribed to a magazine called Romantic Homes which was filled with pages of houses that decorated with love and all things feminine.

Having always been a "girly girl" I have loved dressing in floating fabrics in delicate tones sometimes adorned with lace or bows so my own personal style just extended to my first weddings. My styling included adding embellishments such as flowing pearls from vases of blooms, bows with trailing ribbon were added to ceremony chairs and napkins.

I used a lot of pearl and sequin table cloths which caught the light, and like most things, the fashion comes full circle. It was very exciting to create new ways to use the same beautiful embellishments as I did on the candles and apples that were part of the tablescape." Kerry from Chandelabra shares.

"The highlights of the shoot were seeing how the reception tables came together and with the help of Mother Nature, seeing the trailing ribbon and floating runners along with the "Bride's" veil develop a life of their own and really adding the ethereal feel to the set.

Another was how many magical details such as the pearl gown, the flowing sleeves and bow on the second stunning gown, also from Dion for Brides and of course, the model whose angelic looks paired so perfectly. The hair, makeup and jewellery - everything was perfect." Shares Kerri - Chandelabra.

Tracey from Love Your Photography also shares her thoughts on the shoots' highlights:

"As a film and digital photographer, I knew that taking pictures for this editorial would be stunning if we used film. Film photography has a special, dreamy, and timeless look that makes pictures feel even more magical. This made our shoot truly unique.

The theme of “Pearls and Bows” added an extra touch of elegance. Kerry, the creative behind the shoot, put in so much effort with beautiful details, like pearls on flowers and a unique ceremony setup that was different from the usual ones."

"The weather was forecast 80% rain however being an eternal optimist, Tracey, our amazing photographer and I decided to 'the show must go on'. In fact everytime we had just completed a table or vignette, the wind would come along and blow everything off the table!

With the backup of all the amazing vendors, we managed to pull together to create what I hope is some inspiration for couples out there planning their weddings, despite torrential rain and strong wind.

I love this wedding venue, Lamont's Bishops House. It has always been a favourite as it is tucked away despite it being in the heart of the city. I think of it as an oasis and hidden treasure, the house and gardens have been loved for many years. Originally the home of the Bishop Hale it was constructed in 1860 and started as a restaurant and wedding venue in 2010." Kerri tells.

Kerri's favourite detail about the shoot would have to be the cake, "I absolutely loved the cake! I contacted Christina from CakesbyC only a few weeks before the shoot having come across her work on instagram. I sent her the mood board and a cake image from Pinterest and thrilled and delighted at what she came up with and how perfectly it went with our theme." Kerri tells.

"Every detail from the vendors was impressive, but if I had to pick just one thing, it would definitely be the rings. They caught my eye immediately! The rings from Temple & Grace were just out of this world— so unique and gorgeous! Each one had its own special design that made them stand out. It’s like they told their own little story. Seeing them made me feel excited and inspired." says Tracey from Love Your Story Photography.

"Working with such an enthusiastic photographer that gets just as excited as me about pearls and bows and perfume stations was amazing! In fact the whole team were amazing and hung in there against extreme conditions with a sense of humour and a love of our individual creative passions and talents which came together on the day - I think the finished result is a testament to this." Says Kerri.

"When a model steps out in her stunning wedding dress, it’s always a magical moment! Everyone in the room, even if they’re just working together, can’t help but feel excited. You can see the smiles on people’s faces, and the looks of awe when they see the bride for the first time. It’s such a special experience to witness!

For brides-to-be, this moment is something to look forward to. When you walk into the room on your big day, your family and friends will be amazed at how beautiful you look! The happiness and joy in the room will be contagious, making it one of the best parts of a wedding. You’ll feel like a princess, and everyone will be cheering you on.
